You may order online and pay with Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) or via electronic Funds Transfer (for AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS only). Bella & Vintage Chic shopping basket is 100% secure, so you can purchase online with confidence. Shop online, and simply choose your preferred payment option before you confirm the order.

If you have access to online banking with an Australian bank account, you may choose to transfer funds directly into Bella & Vintage Chic account. Please advise Bella & Vintage Chic by email (info@bellaandvintage.com.au) or telephone (0407017670), that you have organised a bank transfer for your order. When stating a reference for the transfer, please use 'Your Order Number' and your name so that we can recognise the source:-

Online Ordering

Our basket is very simple to use, and it will talk you through each step of the transaction as you shop. However, if you are new to using a shopping basket, take a minute to look over the instructions below and familiarise yourself with the procedures. Fabric is sold in half metre increments, so keep this in mind when you are purchasing.

Place 1 for 1/2 metre

Place 2 for 1 metre

Place 3 for 1 1/2 metres

Place 4 for 2 metres

Place 5 for 2 1/2 metres

Place 6 for 3 metres & so on....

NOTE: COLOURS CAN VARY DEPENDING UPON COMPUTER MONITORS so keep this in mind when purchasing your fabric.

Shopping Instructions:

To begin shopping choose from any of the categories on The Bella & Vintage Chic website.

Each product has a box labelled 'more information' click on the 'more information' button and you will then see a box labelled ‘add to cart’ button. You will also see a box for 'quantity', simply enter the amount you require in the box then just click on the ‘add to cart ’ button to place item into your cart.

Once a product/s has been added, you will be taken to the cart contents page.

NOTE: At any time during your transaction, you are able to amend your quantities/shipping/payment details OR continue shopping, by simply clicking on the relevant buttons at the bottom of your cart.

To proceed to the checkout and pay for your order, click on ‘proceed’ button. First, choose the appropriate postage option. Next, select your payment method direct deposit or credit card. After you have completed your payment details you will be directed to the 'Bill To' page when you have correctly entered your shipping details click on ‘proceed’ button.

PLEASE READ THE ORDER SUMMARY CAREFULLY. When you are happy that the details are correct, click on ‘proceed’ button. Once you accept the order summary please note you will not be able to amend your order. You are entering into a contract with me by accepting the order summary.

We do not process orders by telephone. All orders are processed by our 100% secure cart.

Australian Shipping Information

WE DO NOT USE A PRIVATE COURIER SO PLEASE DON'T REQUEST SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR PARCELS AS WE ONLY UTILISE AUSTRALIA POST FOR DELIVERY.......

We process orders within two to five working days and will confirm your order via email.

If you require your items earlier then you can choose express postage (for AUSTRALIAN ORDERS only), however please note that this option is not free & the cost will be incurred by you.

If you want your items registered you will need to request this service & pay an additional fee of $2.80.

Returns & Exchanges

IMPORTANT:Please examine all shipments immediately upon receipt. If faulty or incorrect merchandise is received, you MUST notify us within 5 days of receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: Bella & Vintage Chic cannot be held responsible for missing goods if an incorrect delivery address was quoted at time of order. THE RISK IS YOURS IF YOUR PARCEL IS LOST BY AUSTRALIA POST. To ensure that your parcel is delivered safely, please check your postal address details very carefully before you confirm the order.

We do not accept returns on fabrics unless fabric is flawed ie marks. Authorisation must be obtained from Bella & Vintage Chic, prior to the return of any goods, via email or telephone. Refer to contacts page for details.

We do not refund if you have simply changed your mind or do not like the weight of the fabric.
